中文摘要 | 不可諱言,升學主義迫使我們的教育過度強調相互間的競爭而忽視了合作及社會 化互動的重要性。過度競爭的結果,學習者有變得自我中心,有的害怕失敗,變得退縮,進 而衍生了許多的社會問題,使得教育蒙上一層陰影。 鑑於此,近年教育學者專家提倡所謂的合作學習策略,希望藉此舒緩競爭壓力,幫助學生快 樂地學習,肯定自我、接受別人。本研究就運用兩種不同的教學法 -- 傳統的教師本位教學 法及新的合作學習策略一一所實驗的結果加以分析比較,以瞭解學生對新式教學法的接受度 及探討在外語教學上運用合作學習法的可行性,期盼藉由不同的教學方法使學生不但習得知 識也學得快樂! |
英文摘要 | In our society, competition is strongly reinforced by the educational establishment Too much competition results in many problems: fear of failure, anxiety, hostility, and giving up, etc. Therefore, how to construct a learning environment of both vividness and harmony for students and how to increase students' learning effectiveness become very important. According to researches in language learning, cooperative learning strategies not only increase learners' language performance, but also enhance self-worth and social acceptance. It might be necessary to help learners in language learning through the use of cooperative language learning strategies. In this study, both teacher-oriented learning method and cooperative learning strategy were adopted in one class. Students were given a general test and a summarizing test for each method. the results showed that the average scores on the test of cooperative learning strategy were about two points higher than that of traditional teacher-oriented learning. Moreover, it was found that students were more active and felt more relaxed in the process of cooperative learning. |
