中文摘要 | 本研究使用螫合劑( EDTA 及檸檬酸)為萃取劑,以廢水處理所產生含高濃度重 金屬銅及鉛之工業區廢水污泥為材料,利用分段批次萃取程序,探討重金屬螫化萃取之移除 效果。實驗結果顯示:重金屬污泥被螫化處理之後,污泥中原來以各種型式存在的重金屬之 穩定度被破壞,使其溶解於萃取劑中;被溶解移除之累積百分率,隨萃取劑濃度、萃取次數 而增加。 其中 EDTA 對兩種污泥中銅的萃取在適當選擇條件下, 第一次的萃取即可達 90% 以上;而前三次萃取的累積百分率也可達 95% 以上。 而利用檸檬酸萃取兩種污泥中銅之結 果,第一次萃取百分率可達 55% 以上;而累積五次之萃取百分率亦達 80% 以上,但是檸檬 酸對污泥中鉛之萃取並不理想,五次萃取累積百分率則不及 30%,故不同工業污泥對於螫合 萃取所使用不同的螫合劑是具有選擇性的。 |
英文摘要 | Two chelating agents (EDTA and Citrate) were selected as solvents in this research with gradating batch extraction process to explore the heavy metals Cu and Pb removal efficiency of the sludges which were produced from intustrial district wastewater treatment plant. The results indicated that the stability of Cu and Pb in the sludge were broken by the chelating agents and make Cu and Pb dissolved in solution. The removal accumulative percentage was related to the existing spcies of heavy metals in sludge, the kind and the dosage of chelating agent, and the times of extraction. For those two sludges in the study, the removal efficiency of Cu was more than 90% at the first time extraction and about 95% after five extractions with EDTA process. The removal efficiency of Cu was 55% at the first time extraction and about 80% after five extractions with Citrate process. For Pb in sludge, the removal efficiency was less than 30% after five extractions with Citrate process. The removal efficiency of the heavy metal in sludge was determined by the kind of chelating agent. |
