中文摘要 | 在噴覆成型製程中影響金屬組織與晶粒大小分佈的主要因素之一為霧 化氣體與金屬熔液之流量比。在此次報告中是利用水模擬實驗來探討製程參數如 金屬液液面高度、輸送管之幾何形狀、不同霧化器設計、霧化氣體之系統壓力、 輸送管與霧化器相對位置對金屬液流量之影響,以瞭解如何在製程中以製程參數 控制氣體/金屬流量比,以及對霧化器特性的瞭解。 |
英文摘要 | One of the main factors that affect the scale and distribution of the microstructures of the deposits during spray deposition is the ratio of atomization gas flow rate to metal flow rate. In the present study, water simulation was utilized to study the effects of the process parameters, i.e. height of metalostatic head, geometric shape of the metal delivery nozzle, variations of atomizer design, atomization gas pressure, and relative position of the metal delivery nozzle to the atomizer, on the metal flow rate, and to understand how to manipulate the process parameters to control the ratio of atomization gas flow rate to metal flow rate. |
