中文摘要 | 鄉土教育的範圍應該涵蓋生活環境上的每一層面,立法院每個會期的總質詢期 間,總質詢的新聞總是佔去報紙政治版的大幅版面,因此參觀立法院應是極佳的鄉土教材。 本文是作者教授社會科學概論時,以個人式的行動研究和詮釋性研究法,來研究以參觀 導覽的方式,引導學生深入觀察立法院總質詢的成效,並透過開放式的問卷,了解參觀者對 總質詢時立法院與行政院互動模式的評論,以了解透過參觀立法院總質詢的過程,將鄉土教 學與政治學課程整合的效益。本研究的結論:(一)參觀導覽對參觀成效具正面效果; (二)政治學也可辦理校外教學;(三)鄉土教學應涵蓋本土人士生活的每一層面;(四) 大學教師也可透過行動研究做教學改進參考;(五)政治學的校外教學,除立法院外,省縣 市議會、鄉鎮代表大會,也是很好的選擇。 |
英文摘要 | lOCAL STUDIES HAVE BECOME POPULAR IN Taiwan both in academic and non-academic areas. The author believes that local studies should be include in every aspect of local people's life. The Legislative-Yuan occupies the major part of political news while it is in session, therefore the author suggests to include this organization in the local studies in Taiwan. The author used action research and interpretative research method to analyze the data collected from and open-ended questionnaire distributed to her students. The questionnaire contained a list of questions students needed to fill up while they visited the Legislative-Yuan. The students commented that with the help from the guided questions, they figured out how the Legislative-Yuan was operated. They didn't have the usual feelings of anxiety and dissatisfaction as in other fieldtrips they had participated. Through this study saw the point of how to conduct a successful fieldtrip. They also understood how political science could be related to our real life experience. They, therefore, recommended such activity highly. |
