中文摘要 | 本研究是使用四乙氧基正矽鹽(TEOS)與聚二甲基矽烷(PDMS)以溶膠--凝膠法 輔以超音波震盪製備有機改質矽化物。 將 TEOS,PDMS,水及 HCl 混合後再以 20kHz 之超音 波以不同時間與強度下予以震盪。結果得知膠化凝結所需之時間在超音波輔助震盪下明顯地 縮短,並且製備有機改質矽化物不需任何溶劑。而在超音波輔助震盪下所獲得樣品的密度甚 高於無超音波輔助之樣品的密度。HCl 濃度,水含量,及 PDMS 之成分比對實驗結果的影響 亦有研究。本實驗並以�� Si-NMR 測知超音波在溶液中產生各項反應的機構。 |
英文摘要 | Organic modified silicates (Ormosils), derived from tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). have been prepared by the sol-gel method with ultrasonic irradiation. TEOS, PDMS, water, and HCl were mixed and exposed to 20kHz ultrasonic waves under various irradiating conditions. The gelation time was shorten significantly using ultrasonic irradiation and made it possible to obtain Ormosil gels without the addition of solvent. Effects of the reaction parameters, the concentration of HCl, content of water, and content of PDMS, on the gelation time were investigated. The reaction mechanism of the ultrasonic irradiated Ormosil solutions was investigated by liquid state �� Si-NMR. The density of the gels prepared under ultrasonic irradiation are much higher than those without ultrasonic irradiation. |
