中文摘要 | 在使用雷射繞射法來量測纖維之直徑時,一般均使用簡單的Fraunhofer繞射近似來計算纖維之直徑。然而此近似原則並未將許多的影響因素考慮進去,因此以此近似原則所計算而得之直徑值受到了質疑。本文使用較為完備嚴謹的散射理論(Scattering Theory)來評估雷射繞射法所量得之直徑的準確性。分析結果顯示,量測之準確性會隨著纖維之直徑以及所使用之繞射節點之不同而改變。 |
英文摘要 | In the measurement of fiber diameter using laser diffraction technique, it is simple to calculate the fiber diameter by using the Fraunhofer diffraction approximation. However, there are several factors which the Fraunhofer diffraction approximation does not take into account. Therefore, the accuracy of calculated results has been questioned. By using a more complete scattering theory, the accuracy of the diameter measurement was assessed. Analysis results show that the error will depend on the fiber diameter and the diffraction nodes used for measurement. |
