中文摘要 | 本研究藉由聲射偵測的方式來採討石墨纖維╱環氧樹脂複合材料的破壞特性,首 先以正常材料與熱損害試片施加負荷,所產生的破壞機構,建立基本的聲射參數資料,進而 探討正常與熱損害張裂模式中脫層破壞機構疲勞裂縫成長,聲射所顯現的特性。從實驗結果 可瞭解,纖維破壞及基材破壞的聲射參數特性,試片張裂模式疲勞裂縫成長速率與聲射參數 釋放率及能量釋放率的關係。藉此可隨時測知材料在使用中的破損情況,建立品質標準,進 而預估其壽命。 |
英文摘要 | Acoustic emission (AE) technology is applied in investigating the fatigue properties of graphite fiber/epoxy composites. A basic parametric data were established through the fracture mechanisms of normal and thermal damaged specimens under tensile (Mode I) loading conditions. The AE characteristics of delamination fracture mechanisms and fatigue crack growth were studied. The AE characteristics of fiber and matrix fracture, the relationship between fatigue crack growth rate in Mode I and AE parameters in terms of AE events rate and AE events energy release rate were obtained. The damaged conditions of composites can be detected by AE technology, the quality standard of materials is established and the life prediction of composite materials become adequate. |
