中文摘要 | 本文說明使用海砂或海水拌合於混凝土品質之影響,以及探討鋼筋鏽蝕 原因及進行過程。同時提出幾種海砂之脫鹽法,簡便測試海砂鹽分含量以及防止 鋼筋鏽蝕方法。 依日本JIS規定,海砂中氯離子容許含量一般土木構造物為0.1,建築結構為0.04, 預力混凝土為0.02,適合臺灣環境參考使用。 |
英文摘要 | This paper describes the of effect of salty content onconcrete quality and studies the cause and the process of steelerosion when sea sand or sea water is used in concrete mixes.Meanwhile, the method of desalination for sea sand, an easyway for testing the salty content in sea sand, and the properprocedure for preventing the steel erosion are also proposed. According to the JIS speculation, the acceptable contentsof Cl with 0.1 for civil works, 0.04 for architectural worksand 0.02 for prestressed concrete can be as references inpractical application in Taiwan area. |
