| 中文摘要 | 台灣地區資源缺乏,目前電力容量對尖峰負載之供應有不足之現象, 其因應對策除了廣為開發新能源之外,亦應運用各種節流方案或其他可行之方 法。目前不斷電系統(UPS)之使用相當的廣泛且數量頗多,因而利用UPS之電池 儲存能源,於尖峰負載時,將能源釋放出來,以供尖峰之用,抑制尖峰時段機組 容量不足之困擾應是一可考慮之方法。本文係針對UPS,探討其併聯技術以增大 其容量及並加長其供電時間之可行性及效益,作為台電公司電力負載管理規劃策 略之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | Due to the lack of natural resources and difficulties in theconstruction of power facilities, the power capacity can notmeet the summer peak load in Taiwan area. The countermea-sures include not only new sources development but alsoenergy conservation. Furthermore,there are many uninterru-ptible power systems (UPS) widely used in Taiwan whichshould be considered as battery energy storage systems. Whenthe battery energy of the UPS is released during the peak loadperiod, the shortage of electric power energy can be eased. In this paper, we will analyze the efficiency and discuss thefeasibility of the parallel technique of the UPS to enlarge itspower capacity and to extend the energy supply duration. TheTaiwan Power Company may refer to this paper for the loadmanagement planning. |
