中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討、分析幼兒教育輔導單位工作實施現況、幼兒教育輔導人專業背景及工作滿意情形、幼稚園對幼教輔導單位及輔導人員工作之看法及期望、公立幼稚園辦理績效、和幼稚園超額招生及違規聘用園長教師之現況,以作為改進幼兒教育輔導實施之參考。 研究對象包括臺灣省幼兒教育各輔導單位80個、各輔導單位之輔導人員約199名及臺灣省公私立幼稚園571園。配合研究目的,分別以問卷調查及面談方式蒐集相關資料。 研究結果發現,各幼教輔導單位之組織功能多有重疊,幼教輔導人員在幼教的專業訓練顯示不足且多為兼辦性質,公立幼稚園在環境與設備的辦理業務亟待加強,幼稚園超額招生及違規聘用園長教師的情形嚴重。 研究建議乃綜合研究結果,分別就輔導單位、輔導人員、輔導工作內容、公立幼稚園之辦理、違規聘用及超額招生等方面提出改進策略。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of these studies were to investigate and analyze (1)the current tasks of supervision-agents of early childhood education; (2)the professional backgrounds and job satisfaction of early childhood education supervisors; (3)the perspectives and expectations of kindergartens toward supervision-agents and supervisors; (4)the management of public kindergartens; and (5)the illegal situations of soliciting students and hiring directors and teachers in kindergarten. The subjects of these studies included 80 supervision-agents, 199 supervisors and 571kindergartens in Taiwan. Both questionnaire and interview were used to collect data. The results indicated that (1)there were overlaps among the organizational functions of early childhood education supervision-agents; (2)most of the early childhood education supervisors were part-time and their professional training was insufficient; (3)the management of the environment and equipment in public kindergartens needed to be improved; (4) there were serious problems existing in the illegal soliciting of students and the illegal hiring of directors and teachers in Taiwan. Integrating the results, the synthesized study provided suggestions relating to supervisonagents, supervisors, supervision tasks, management of public kindergartens, illegal soliciting of students and illegal hiring of directors and teachers for the future. |
