中文摘要 | 在本研究中,一組具有模糊規則表的8031AH單晶片控制器被應用在殺菌釜控制作業中,自動依照設定的流程運作並控制釜中的溫度和壓力。控制器的程式存在外部記憶體EPROM中,包含二組使用模糊邏輯描述專家操作規則的閥開度表(Look Up Tables),在讀取溫度壓力感測器的訊號後,控制器會自動的以查表的方式來求閥開度比率,經由電氣轉換器送出不同大小氣壓訊號控制蒸氣閥備又空氣閥的開合。由實驗結果得知,本實驗所設計的控制器,可以自動控制殺菌釜溫度和壓力,從外量測到的溫度壓力訊號經由串列通訊RS232傳送到電腦後,可做為殺菌釜監控顯示並記錄在電腦中,供住後進一步追蹤研究之用。 |
英文摘要 | A single ship controller 8031AH containing two fuzzy tables was used in this paper to regulate the retort temperature and pressure along the predetermined sterilization process. The control program is saved in erasable memory EPROM that contains two fuzzy rules' look up tables describing the operator's control strategies. After the temperature and pressure signals are sensed by the controller, the controller determines the proper values opening percentage by searching the tables. Hereafter, the opening percentage is outputted by the controller which triggers the electro-pneumatic converters to regulate the valves opening degree according to the magnitude of pneumatic pressure. From experimental result, the controller could control retort processing, display temperature and pressure on the LCD screen and transmit data to a computer with graphic display program through serious transformation RS-232. In addition, the temperature and pressure signal during sterilization will be saved by the computer for further analysis. |
