中文摘要 | 本論文主要以提舉之心理物理法(psychophysical method)研究提舉負重、範圍及提舉頻率對人體之提舉持續時間的影響。本研究以八位年輕的大專男學生為受試對象進行實驗。實驗之三個自變數如下:a.提舉負重(共3個水準),分別為:負重1(10kg)、負重2(15kg)、負重3(20kg);b.提舉範圍(共3個水準),分別為:範圍1(由地面提至指節高)、範圍2(由指節高提至肩高)、範圍3(由地面提至肩高);c.提舉頻率(共3個水準),分別為:頻率1(每分鐘提舉7.5次),頻率2(每分鐘提舉6次)及頻率3(每分鐘提舉5次)。研究的結果顯示實驗之三因子及其交互作用項(除範圍×頻率項)對提舉持續時間皆有顯著的影響(Pr<0.05)且提舉持續時間隨著負重的增加或頻率的增高而減少。此外,所有二十七種實驗因子組合之提舉持續最長的為負重1、範圍1、及頻率3之提舉組合約179分鐘,而最短的為負重3、範圍3、及頻率1之組合,只有約25.3分鐘。 |
英文摘要 | This study adopted psychophysical method to investigate the influences of lifting load, range and frequency on human lifting endurance time. Eight young male college students participated in this study. The three experimental lifting variables are described as follows: (1) lifting load (three levels): load 1(10kg), load 2(15kg), load 3(20kg); (2) lifting range (three levels): range 1 (floor to knuckle height), range 2(knuckle to shoulder height), range 3 (floor to shoulder height); (3) lifting frequence (three levels): frequency 1(7.5 lifts/min), frequency 2 (6 lifts/min), frequency 3(5 lifts/ming). The experimental results indicated that the three main factors and all their interaction terms (besides range × frequency)are all significant to lifting endurance time (Pr<0.05). Moreover, the larger the load or lifting frequency, the shorter the lifting endurance time. Finally, for all 27 combinations of task variables, combination of load 1 × range 1 × frequency 3 gives the longest endurance time, which is 179 minutes; however, load 3 × range 3 × frequency 1 is the shortest, 25.3 minutes only. |
