中文摘要 | 在本省南部洋香瓜及西瓜產地採用具澱粉含量為5、10、15及20%之生物/光分解膜進行畦面敷蓋,當期作果實採收之重金屬除了鋅及鉛含量在不同處理互有差異外,餘均無顯著差異。至於澱粉含量20%之生物/光分解膜田間耕犁後栽培包心芥菜,在分解膜碎片試區與不含分解膜試區採收後之可食部份之重金屬含量均無顯著差異。另採用田間已曝晒過分解膜之不同碎片重量進行水稻的盆植試驗,結果顯示:抽穗時株高,採收後之穗長,穗重,千粒重及每穗粒數,不同處理間均無顯著差異,惟糙米重量則以不放塑膠碎片之盆植對照區最小。至於葉片重金屬含量,除了鋅及鐵含量在不同處理有眠顯差異外,餘均無顯著差異,而糙米之重金屬含量,除了在鋅含量不同處理有差異外,其餘則均無差異。 經過兩年來田區與盆植之調查分析初步得之:分解膜才留碎片在洋香瓜、西瓜、包心芥菜及水稻植體可食部份並無不利的影響,惟田間大面積及連續敷蓋所累積之才留碎片量對土壤物性及不同作物之影響等長期性試驗仍待繼續追蹤評估。 |
英文摘要 | Studies were conducted to evaluate photo/bio-degradable PE mulching films, which contain 5, 10, 15, and 20% starch, on the production of cantaloupe and watermelon at commercial growing site in southern Taiwan. The results indicated that amount of heavy metals Cu, Fe, Ni, Cd and Cr (except Zn and Pb) in the fruits obtained from mulched field with degradable PE films were not significantly different from those mulched with regular PE films. There is also no significantly difference in heavy metal content in leaf mustard plants grown in degradable films-polwed field and bare cultivation. The-8-inch clay pot, containing 0, 4, 8, 16, 32 or 64 grams of used degradable PE debris, which were well mixed in 6.5kg soil and then they were used to grow rice to evaluate their effects on the production and uptake of heavy metal. No significantly difference in plant height at flowering stage as well as in panicle, number, length, weight and grains of rice and 1000-seed weight of grain was observed among the treatments. Plants of rice grown in pot without using PE debris produced the least weight of brown rice. There is also no difference in content of heavy metals Cu, Pb, Cd, Cr and Ni in rice leaf (except Zn and Fe) or in brown rice (except Zn) among the tretments. Results of the two year trials indicated that no harmful component ws observed in edible parts of cantaloupe, watermelon, leaf mustard and brown rice plants mulched with degradable PE films or grown in used PE debris. However, further studies were needed to evaluate the long term effect of continous mulching on the physical characters of soils, accumulation of residual debris, and quality of different crops in large plantations. |
