| 中文摘要 | 本試驗以水稻品種、蜀黍品系、大豆品種、水稻愛性系統、蜀黍雄不稔及轉座系統之種子為材料,探討幼苗對鏈黴素耐性(葉片白化程度)之品種間變異,茲將結果摘述如下: 1.水稻、蜀黍、大豆對鏈黴素的耐性品種間差異顯著。稉稻對鏈黴素的耐性較秈稻高;大豆種皮顏色不同對鏈黴素的耐性有顯著差異。 2.水稻Shiokari為回交親之矮性近同源系對鏈黴素的耐性與Shiokari間有顯著差異。具相同核染色體組而細胞質雄不稔之蜀黍A line與雄不稔B line對於鏈黴素的耐性程度不同。由蜀黍品種Combine 7087誘變之轉座系統對鏈黴素耐性之表現,推測蜀黍位於第九條染色體上之基因對鏈黴素耐性有影響。 |
| 英文摘要 | In the experiment, 197 rice varieties, 144 R lines of sorghum, 288 soybean vaieties, 21 rice isogenic lines of dwarf gene having a genetic background of variety Shiokari, 42 cytoplasmic lines and 9 stocks of chromosal reciprocal translocation in 'Combine 7087' grain sorghum were used as the material. The varietal variation of streptomycin tolerance (inhibition of chlorophyll formation) was studied. 1. Varietal difference in streptomycin tolerance were found in rice, sorghum and soybean. Streptomycin tolerance in japonica group was greater than the indica group. Streptomycin tolerance correlated with soybean seed coat color, seeds with balck coat exhibited high tolerance. 2. Streptomycin tolerance of 11 near-isogenic lines for dwarf genes were significantly smaller than that of Shiokari, were responsible for increasing susceptibility of decreasing tolerance. There was significant differences in streptomycin tolerance between A line and B line of sorghum which have similar nuclear genotype but different cytoplasm. A set of 11 chromosomal reciprocal translocations in 'Combine 7087' grain sorghum was used to determine which chromosomes carried genes of streptomycin tolerance of sorghum. Results suggested the nineth chromosome carried genes for streptomycin tolerance. |
