英文摘要 | To control the recrystallised grain microstructure, preannealing heat treatments have been demonstrated to be capable of leading to a significant refinement in the recrystallised microstructures of MA956 and MA957 steels. Although refined, the grain structure remains somewhat an isotropic inMA956, the long dimensions being parallel to the extrusion direction. This is unlike similarly treated MA957in which equiaxed grain structures are obtained, probably because MA956 has a larger yttria content. The other method is to induce the austenitic transformation refinement. It is found that MA957 steel alloying with half a percent of nickel, named MA957-Ni, do enhance the formation of austenite to result in a refined recrystallisation structure. |
