中文摘要 | 本文研究從790℃-940℃的奧斯田鐵化溫度對兩種不同成分的AISI 01及 BS B01油冷工具鋼硬化能的影響。結果顯示,油冷工具鋼的奧斯田鐵晶粒隨著溫 度升高而急劇增大;在同一處理條件下,B01鋼料的晶粒比01鋼料小,其原因是碳 化釩阻止晶粒成長。當溫度超過880℃時,01鋼料的合金碳化物完全溶解,而B01 鋼料合金碳化物完全溶解的溫度,則升高到900℃。油冷工貝鋼的硬化能隨著奧 斯田鐵化處理溫度升高而增大,其原因是因晶粒成長和合金碳化物的溶解所致; 在相同的奧斯田鐵化處理溫度,B01鋼料雖然晶粒較小,但硬化能卻較高,其原 因是B01鋼料含有硬化能效應較高的合金元素,使合金成分對硬化能的效應比奧 斯田鐵結晶粒的效應還顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of austenitizing temperature, ranging from 790℃ to 940℃ on the hardenability ofAISI 01 and BS BOI oil quench tool steels have been investigated. It is found that austenite grain size rapidly increases with increasing austenitizing temperature. At the same austenitizing temperature, the grain size of B01 steel is finer than that of 01 steel due to the grain growth retardation of vanadiumcarbide. The alloy carbides of 01 and BOI steels dissolve at 880℃ and 900℃ respectively. The hardenability of two tool steels increases with increasing austenitizing temperature because of the coarsening of austenite grain size and dissolution of alloy carbide into matrix. At the same austenitizing temperature, the hardenability of BOI steel is better than that of 01 steel. The reason is that the effect of alloycomposition on the hardenability of oil quench steel is more significant than the effect of austenitegrain size. |
