英文摘要 | Fe-30Mn-10A1-0.9C alloy was selected to investigate the high temperature chlorine corrosion behaviors in 20O��-Ar, 1Cl��-Ar and Cl��-20O��-Ar environments at 600 and 900℃. In chlorinecontaining environments, liquid chloride products provided the easy transporting path for the reactantions. The volatile chloride products inhibited the formation of protective oxide film and internal pores were left on alloy substrate. The higher the oxygen partial pressure, the more the bulky oxides could be formed. The external bulky oxides separated the interaction of chloride products from atmospheres, and retarded the alloy depletion caused by chlorination and sublimation. However, the chlorine released from the re oxidation of metal chlorides attacked alloy matrix and resulted in a deeper internal attacked pores structure. |
