| 中文摘要 | 膝關節在日常生活活動中,大多是從事高速運動,因此在病人之運動訓 練中、物理治療師通常會強調在高速動作中之肌力再訓練。快速肌纖維收縮之閥 值與慢速肌纖維不同,因此應該有不同之運動訓練模式。本研究欲探討慢速,高 阻力(slow speed,high resistance) 的肌力訓練方式,是否較能增加快速肌纖維(type II) 之肌力。以二十位醫學院學生,無心肺功能障礙或下肢肌肉骨骼系統疾病的健康 者為實驗的對象。實驗之前,以Cybex 350(Lumex Go.,USA)測試實驗者兩膝之快 速、慢速的等速肌力(iso kinetic muscle strength)及平均功力值(average power)。二十 位受試者分為二組,一組是慣用腳做較慢速、高阻力,非慣用腳做較快速,低阻 力的運動訓練,另一組是慣用腳做較快速、低阻力,非慣用腳做較慢速、高阻力 的運動訓練。肌力訓練方法是按下列步驟進行:(1)踩站立式腳踏車,踩三分鐘, 以為暖身。(2)以Gybex350等速肌力儀當訓練的儀器,慢速、高阻力的訓練是各以 5RPM、10RPM、15RPM的速度,作七次膝伸直一屈曲(extension-flexion)運動,總 共三輪迴(bout);快速、低阻力的訓練是各以30RPM、40RPM、50RPM的速度,做 十次膝伸直一屈曲運動,亦三輪迴。(3)運動量:每週三次,每人皆需完成六週的 訓練。(4)每次訓練完皆以冰敷包冰敷大腿及膝部,以防肌肉過度刺激。(5)完成 二週訓練後便再接受一次等速肌力及平均功力值測試,完成六週訓練後,亦再做 一次總測驗以便與訓練之前的肌力及功力相比較。實驗結果發現:(1)運動訓練時 間之長短是主要影響肌力及功力增加之因素,(2)兩種訓練模式對快速肌力及功力 皆有統計意義的正面影響,(3)男性受試者在慢速、高阻力訓練方式下對快速肌力 及功力有較佳之表現,(4)性別亦會影響快速肌力訓練之效果,(5)女性受試者之 訓練效果,頗受學習效應之影響。(中華物療誌1995;20(l):18-26) |
| 英文摘要 | Because most of the activities of daily living are fast speed movements, physical therapists strengthen the patients' muscle torque usually emphasizing on the reeducation of peaktorque at fast speed.The threshold of fast fibers is higher than that of slow fibers. Theexercise mode (with high or low resistance) should be different for strengthening fast or slowmuscle fibers. The main purpose of this study was to investigate whether the strengtheningeffect' of slow speed, high resistance exercises was better than that of fast speed, low resistance for the fast fibers. Twenty healthy medical college students were divided into twogroups evenly. One group was trained using fast speed, low resistance (30, 40, 50 RPM)exercise on the dominant knee and slow speed, high resistance (5, 10, 15 RPM) training onthe non-dominant knee. Contrastly, the other group was trained by the same exercise programs in changing leg. All subjects took on the training program for six weeks and trainedthree times per week. After data analysis, there were the following results: 1. The differentlength of training period was the main factor to affect the increase of peak extensor torqueor average extensor power after exercise training. 2. Both high and low resistance exercisescould increase peak extensor torque and average extensor power at fast speed significantly.3. The effect seems more remarkable for slow speed, high resistance exercise than for fastspeed, low resistance exercise in male subjects. 4. The female subjects got greater improvement in peak torque and average power at some speeds. 5. The female subjects appearedmore learning effect than male did. (JPTA ROC 1995;20(1):18-26) |
