中文摘要 | 本研究為開發一台蝦體自動分級及剝殼作業處理機,先利用分級機將蝦體依其厚度進行大小分級,再將分級後之蝦體依其大小送至不同間隙之剝殼滾筒組進行剝殼工作,剝殼效果不但可提昇,且剝殼後蝦仁亦已完成分級工作,設計完成之蝦體自動分級及剝殼作業處理機具有5條剝殼線,並以紅蝦、蘆蝦、厚殼蝦來進行剝殼試驗,其每小時可剝130kg蝦原料,機器所需操作人數為2人,紅蝦收率為38.6%,完整率為81.3%,剝殼率為91.5%;蘆服收率為47.5%,完整率為87.3%,剝殼率為85.3%;厚殼蝦收率為42.1%,完整率為85.3%,剝殼率為93.5%。剝殼效果能達到剝殼加工業者的要求,作業速率較人工快約11.8倍,使剝殼作業能達到自動化加工之目的。 |
英文摘要 | This research was to develop an automatic grading/peeling machine for shrimp. Shrimp samples were graded based on their thickness using grading machine, and then were sent to peeling machine to remove the shells of shrimp by peeling roller sets inside the peeling machine. The crevice of roller sets can be adjusted based on the size of shrimp samples. This shrimp grading machine and peeling machine have 5 process lines. The process capacity can reach 130kg per hour for medium grade shrimps. This machine required 2 workers to operate. The overall performance was quite satisfactory. For Dali shrimps, the performance of this machine can reach as high as 38.6% in yield rate, 81.3% in complete rate and 91.5% in peeling rate; for Solenocera shrimps, the yield rate can reach to 47.59%, 87.3% in complete rate, and 85.3% in peeling rate. Besides, the yield rate of Currirostri shrimps was 42.1 %, 85.3% in complete rate, 93.5% in peeling rate. The result of this research satisfies the requirements of shrimp industry. For example, the performance of the peeling rate is 11.8 times faster than that by hands. Consequently, the automation ofpeeling process can be achieved. |
