| 中文摘要 | 本文發展適用於氣液壓缸和馬達系統順序控制的設計與模擬軟體。軟體使用者只要輸入運動順序,選取電磁閥,選定輔助條件。電腦將據以設計電氣迴路並基於設計的結果,模擬氣液壓缸與馬達的運動情形。最後把電氣迴路轉為可程式控制器的指令,供PLC順序控制用。電氣迴路的設計,係採用串級法。研究中,著重在資料結構的設計,以簡化迴路設計的執行法,並提出虛擬串級的方法,使本軟體用簡單的執行法,即可處理複雜的動作要求。軟體的動態模擬,係模仿可程式控制器的程式掃描原理,加上電腦繪圖和電腦動畫而成,並輔以簡單的音效,以增加趣味性。最後,軟體中加入電腦控制的模組,配合數位輸入輸出卡,形成電腦的順序控制。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study develops a software on sequence control for pneumatic and hydraulic systems with conveyors. User inputs required motion sequence, picks corresponding va1ve for each piston, and sets additional condition, the software will design e1ectriccircuit automatically. The software can simulate the motions of pistions and conveyors, according to its design. Furthermore, based on its design, the software can create programs for different types of programmable controllers(PLC). The software uses cascade method to design electric circuit. In this research, data structures are emphasized to make the design algorithm easy. To deal with complex motion sequences, virtual cascade is proposed. To simulate the motions of pistons and conveyors, the software executes the PLC program continuously to detect any change of device states and showsware change in computer graphics. Simple sound effect is added to increase entertainment of users. At last, a 8255 card and a digital I/O card were inserted in PC and a computer control module was added in the software. Therefore, computer sequence control system was formed. |
