中文摘要 | 本研究以行為觀察法及問卷調查法在83年4月春假時段,針對臺北市立動 物園互動式多媒體導覽系統「遊園指南」進行觀眾研究。4天共24小時、353次 觀察事件中,共記下839人主要使用團體及訪問題了75位主要用者。結果發現團體 的成員中,以學童所佔比率最高。遊客主要是出教育中心售票口後及等待休息時才 趨前使用。約29%主要使用者曾遭到圍觀者介入。介入者及被介入者都以學童人數 最多。使用動機,以「學習動物知識」及「尋找資料」為主。導覽系統被定位於 「解說員」、「簡介手冊」及「地圖」。收視資料以「主題動物」為最多,其次是 「展示區館」、「遊園計畫」及「服務資訊」。受訪者對系統之整體評價,介於 「不錯」與「普通」之間,其評價與「系統的趣味性」、「需要的吻合度」「操 作的簡單度」有正相關。使用的平均時間為2分42秒。學童、朋友團體、具有 「尋找資料」或「學習動物知識」使用動機者及在出口等待時趨前使用的觀眾使用 時間較長。 |
英文摘要 | This audience research was conducted by observing adudience behavior in front of the interactive Multimedia Visitor Guide at the exit of the Educational Center of the Taipei Zoo, from April 4-7, spring vacation period 1994. Face interview with constructed questionnaires was adopted on the audience who finished wathcing. In the total of four days and 24 hours study period, 353 events were recorded, 839 audiences were counted and among them 75 users were interviewed. The results found that the dominant users were school children. The dominant groups were those visitors who just passed out the exit and vistors who were waiting at the rest areas. Among 103 events, 29% of key users had been interrupted during their uses. Both interrupter and user who faced interruption were dominated by the school Children. The average use time length for the total events was 2 minutes and 42 second. The system was perceived by the audience as it was an interpreter or a guide map. Learning animals and seeking information were two major motivated factors. The overall judgement toward this system is good. The result of statistical test on Pearsonr implied that the degree of overall satisfaction was positively correlated to the degree of interesting at the system, the degree of easiness of operation, and the degree of fulfill their needs. The results of one way Anova and follow up sheffeii test indicated that the users who are shcool children, have friend relationship, with motivation of learning animals and seeking information tend to stay much longer than that of other users. |
