中文摘要 | 本研究選擇BCup-2,BCup-3及RBCuZn三種銅合金銲條對純銅及碳鋼進行大氣爐內硬銲,結果發現對BCup-2,BCup-3而言最佳硬銲溫 度為780 ℃∼800℃,對RBCuZn銲條而言,最佳硬銲溫度為970℃。當搭接長度大於母材厚度2倍時,硬銲層之強度即可超過母材。但不論是何 種銲條,由開始加熱到硬銲完成其時間以3∼5分鐘最為適當,這是由於受到助銲劑的有效作用時間的限制。 本研究同時發現RT檢測不適用於硬銲層之缺陷檢驗。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims at the investigation of the brazing behavior of copper and low carbon steel in the atmospheric furnace with BCup-2, BCup-3 and RBCuZn filler metal. It was found that the optimum brazing temperature for both BCup-2 and BCup-3 is 780℃∼800℃; and is about 970℃ for RBCuZn. When the lapping length is 2 times of the thick-ness of base metals, the strength of the brazing joints could exceed that of the base metals. No matter what kind of filler metal is used, the optimum brazing time from the start of heating to the finish of brazing reaction should be less than 5 minutes, This is due part to the limit of effective active time of fluxing action of added flux. |
