英文摘要 | In order to observe the variation of ranges of oxygen consumption of ICR mouse, male ICR mouse were put into various environmental temperatures of 8 ℃ upto 33 ℃ with the interval of about 10 ℃ as a range. It is noticed that the oxygen uptake at 8 ℃ was the lowest and in 32∼33 ℃ was the highest. The amount of average was about 1.7 folds, with the t Tests, P < 0.001. Besides, mouse putting in ether for 30 seconds, passively rolling for 4 minutes, facing top water flush for 2 minutes, in entire darkness, and in 60 W lights with 5 cm distance for 6 minutes, were utilized as stress situations, the O�� uptake were also measured. The variation was about 1.8 folds, with the ether treatment the lowest, and under top water, the highest value in average. The t Tests were measured together with the temperature treatments. |
