中文摘要 | 本文之研究係以檸檬酸(Citrict Acid)為樹脂配合磷酸鹽(磷酸二氫銨及磷酸氫二銨)為觸媒對棉織物抗縐性及物性的影響,同時將其結果與傳統甲醛及DMDHEU樹脂加工做一比較。由結果顯示棉織物之抗縐角及黃度隨著樹脂濃度,熱處理溫度,熱處理時間之增加而增加,但強力,白度,白柔軟度卻相反,同時其強力較DMDHEU為佳,但其抗縐角,白度值及柔軟度則比DMDHEU稍差。此外,緩衝液系統對加工物之抗縐性及物性之影響並不明顯。 |
英文摘要 | The article was studied for cotton fabrics finishing with citricacid agent and catalysts (NaH2PO2. H2O&(NH4)2HPO4). The effects of concentration of agent, temperature and time of curing wrinkle recovery angle and physical properties of treated fabrics were extensively studied, and comparing with the results of treatment of DMDHEU agent. Based on the experimental results, the wrinkle recovery angle and yellowing value increased with concentration of agent, temperature and time of cure, but the strength and softness of treated fabric swere the reversal results. The strength and softness of fabric streated with citric acid agent were better than DMDHEU agent, but wrinkle recovery angle and whiteness were less than DMDHEU agent. Another, made use of buffer solution had no obvious affect with treating results. |
