英文摘要 | The data revealed that the temperature could affect the antibacterial activities of 4-quinolones against Edwardsiella tarda in vitro in the first reaction hour. At the same time, the results suggested that the temperature could not affect the antibacterial activities of 4-quinolones after the second reaction hours. Among all of 4-quinolones, the most affected by the temperature in the first reaction hour were flumequine and oxolinic acid but they did not be affected by the temperature after two hours. The strong order of antibacterial activities of norfloxcain in the first reaction hour was at 25°C, 30°C, 20°C but there were not different after two hours. The most strong antibacterial activities among all of 4-quinolones were enrofloxacin. Its optimum temperature of enrofloxacin was 20°C. |
