中文摘要 | 本文主要在探討營造業大型化發展策略之建立及其優先次序之分析。營造業大型化發展策略可以區分為政策管制、市場分配、訂定評選標準及誘導自發、市場自由競爭、不訂定評選標準兩種型態,而以公營營造業民營化、民營較大型營造業擴大、聯營型態結合中小型營造業、及成立新設大型營造業四種方式進行之。整體而言,營造業對大型化發展是認同的,但不同等級或不同資本額之廠商對大型化發展之看法卻是相當地分岐。基本上以誘導自發型態較管制產出型態為營造業所認同,而規模較大或資本額較高之營造廠商偏好民營較大型營造業擴大方案,規模較小或資本額較低之營造廠商偏好聯營方式結合民營中小型營造業方案,公營營造業民營化方案被認同之程度較低,新成立大型營造業則最不為接受調查之營造廠商所認同。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the development strategies of construction industry and also analyzes the priorities of these strategies. Based on the investigation results, the development strategies are separated into two types: the policy-control with evaluation criteria and the market-freedom without evaluation criteria; the ways of strategy proceeding are separated into publicly-owned companies being private, bigger privately-owned companies being enlarged, medium and small privately-owned companies being joined, new large companies being established. In general it has a positive opinion on the market freedom type of development strategy but no common point on the proceeding ways. The large-scale construction companies prefer the way of bigger privately-owned companies being enlarged. On the other hand, the medium or small construction companies prefer the way of medium and small companies being joined. However, most of construction companies may not accept the way of new large companies being established. |
