中文摘要 | 複合材料於硬化製程(curing process)完成後,受到環境因素如溫度、濕度之 影響,會產生殘留應力及翹曲變形。本文根據有限元素法配合 von Karman 大變位疊層板理 論, 納入黏彈性理論, 並將複材之機械性質受溫度濕度之影響視為 HTSM ( Hygro Thermorheologically Simple Material )之行為, 分析一四邊均為自由邊界之反對稱〔 0/90/0 �� /90 �� /0/90 〕排列方式的 AS4/3502 石墨╱環氧基樹脂複合材料受溫度、 濕 度作用下,層板之翹曲行為與殘留應力,進而判斷何層容易遭受破壞。本文分析方法所得結 果並與傳統瑞茲能量法( Ritz Method )作比較, 結果顯示傳統能量法僅針對特殊疊層板 ,採用特定形狀函數( shape function )作分析,而本文之分析方法,則無此限制,較具 一般性。 |
英文摘要 | After the curing process of the composite materials, the residual stress and warp on the composites may appear because of the environmental effects, e.g. temperature and humidity. This paper applies the finite element method involves Von Karman theory, viscoelasticity, and recognizes the mechanical properties of the composite affected by the temperature and humidity as a behavior of HTSM (hygrothermorheologically Simple Mateial). The composites with a free boundary of a [0/90/0 �� /90 �� /0/90 ] antisymmteric, cross-ply AS4-3502 Graphite/epoxy laminate is adopted. The purpose of the analysis is to predict the residual stress and warp of the composite under different combinations of environmental temperature and humidity. Furthermore, the layer with the most serious damage can be judged. The results are compared with those obtained from the Ritz method. It appears the Ritz method must involve in the definition of special shape functions for specific laminate. But the analytical method used in the study has no such limination, it is more general and pratical. |
