中文摘要 | 在這篇論文中我們用一組遞減指數函數為核心函數,則內涵時間理論部份微分組 合方程式可進一步簡化成全微分組合方程式。我們同時也推導出應變-控制和應力-控制下 明確的理論估算形式。 1100 及 3004 鋁合金在適度大塑性應變範圍混合軸向-扭轉變形的 實驗值用來和理論估算作比較。結果顯示理論能適當的描述實驗值。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper we use a group of exponential decaying functions as the kernel function, the partial differential constitutive equations of endochronic theory can be simplified to ordinary differential equations. Explicit forms of theoretical prediction of strain-controlled and stress-controlled tests are derived. Two cases of combined axial-torsional deformation of 1100 and 3004 aluminum alloys in the moderately large plastic strain range are used for comparison. It is shown that the theory compares well with the data of these two experiments. |
