中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討隨機故障多階段生產系統最佳緩衝存貨之策略,以時間、需求與 存貨為參數,考量保管成本、缺貨成本、完成品存貨成本及補充成本之抵換關係,引用機率 樹之觀念求取系統各種可能狀況之機率,藉以找尋緩衝存貨的最佳總數量及其分配政策;再 者,延伸串列生產系統至發散分枝生產系統,且應用動態規劃之技術建立一個有效率的求解 程序。然則,為了免除繁瑣的計算過程,吾人將此求解程序以C語言撰寫成可執行的程式檔 ;並可經由此程式分析模式參數變化之敏感性。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper we concern an optimal buffer inventory strategy for multistage production systems with random failures. To find the optimal total amount and the allocation policy of buffer inventories, we cited the concept of probability tree to calculate probabilities for various possible events of production systems. Also, we employed the times, demands, and inventories to be the parameters for our model which consider the trade-off of holding cost, shortage cost, storage cost for finished goods, and supplement cost. Moreover, the diverging branch production systems is extended by serial production systems that adopted the technique of dynamic programming to establish an efficient solution procedure. Since the computational process is so tedious that we developed a program with C language to eliminate the actions. Furthermore, sensitive analysis can be traced by this program for the variance of parameters. |
