中文摘要 | 由國外的經驗得知,高鐵的引進將對二、三級產業,尤其是資訊、技術、管理服務、旅遊業的發展與服務範圍會有正面的影響,因此對於區域發展與國土利用將有顯著的衝擊。由於此種影響皆以車站為界面向外擴散,故整個車站的選擇與其對區域區展的影響,即為本文所關注之重點。本文首先分析車站選定數目和區位的規劃原則,其次介紹日本、法國高鐵車站建設對其區域發展的影響,再就我國高鐵建設對城際運輸動脈建立,緩和臺北都會區一極化發展,和改變生活圈範圍等區衡均發展問題的影響加以闡析,最後提出如何充皆運用高鐵建設效益之建議。 |
英文摘要 | From the experience of other countries, we know that the introduction of high speed rail service will impose positive effects on the Secondary and the Tertiary Industries, especially, the development of servicing activities such as the range of information, technical and managerial services. It is thus anticipated that the introduction of high speed rail services will impose significant impacts on regional development and the land use of the Taiwan area. Impact of high speed rail service spread outwards through each station along the rail line. In this regard, the planning principles of station selection and the potential impact of the planned high speed rail on the regional development have become the most important concern of this text. Recommendations on how to maximize the benefits of constructing Taiwan high speed rail are also given. |
