中文摘要 | 本文之目的在比較傳統標準型及直讀式兩種WBGT量測系統,於高溫場所監測結果之差異性,利用熱傳遞原理建立其相關公式,藉以提供產業界採用直讀式儀器量測時,進行修正以符合法規之規定。先在實驗室利用模擬熱源及氣流進行研究,以熱源數量及排列、測點至熱源距離、及風速為變數完成16組數據,實驗結果以多變數迴歸找出合適之預測公式。最後以某一鋼鐵工廠高溫作業場所監測各溫度指標檢核預測公式之合理性,所得結果誤差均在容許範圍。 |
英文摘要 | Aims of this paper were to compare the detected temperature data obtained from the WBGT measuring system of traditional standard type and direct reading method. The heat transfer theory was applied to develop a correlation model between these two measuring methods and this model was further used for correcting the data of direct reading system to match the regulation of a thermal workplace. At first, the electric heater and fan were used in the laboratory to simulate thermal workplace. By using three important parameters, inc1uding the amount and rank of heat sources, distance from detection point, and air velocity, sixteen groups of data were obtained. These results were analyzed by regression of multi-varibles to deduce suitable prediction formulas. Finally, the measuring deviation of these formulas being used in thermal workplace of a steel mill was checked and found within the allocable range. |
