| 中文摘要 | 本試驗利用機械破損 (砂紙磨擦)、加熱處理、濃硫酸浸漬等方式處理擬大豆、毛龍藍、黃花野百合、野生大豆、賽芻豆、紫花山螞蝗等六種熱帶豆科牧草種子,促進其發芽並了解其對幼苗生長勢之影響。結果顯示,種子發芽率之提高以砂紙磨擦者最為顯著,濃硫酸處理者次之,溫水處理 (40°C,30分鐘) 效果則與對照組相同。其對初生胚根、胚莖之生長亦以砂紙及濃硫酸之處理者為佳,對照組及溫水處理者次之。不同時間濃硫酸處理擬大豆之種子試驗顯示,種子發芽率及幼苗生長以10、20、30分鐘處理者為佳,60分鐘者次之,而以對照組最差,青刈草鮮重則以10分鐘者最佳。綜合以上結果可知利用簡易種子處理可促進熱帶豆科牧草幼苗生長。 |
| 英文摘要 | Treatments on seeds of six species of tropical Leguminosase -- Calopogonium mucunoides Desv.、Indigofera hirsuta L.、Crotalaria pallida Ait、Neonotonia wightii (Wight & Arn.)、Macroptilium atropurpureum DC.、Desmodium purpureum (Mill.) ---with mechanical scarification (rubbed by sand paper)、heating and concentrated sulphuric acid, to test on promoting seedling emergence and seedling's growth vigor were conducted. Results showed that sand paper treatment gave highest emergence percentage and followed by concentrated sulphuric acid treatment. However, heating treatment (40°C, 30min) showed no significant effects. In promoting growth of seedling, treating the seeds with sand paper and on concentrated sulphuric acid showed significant effects both on primary root and shoot development. Treating Calopogonium mucunoides Desv.'s seed with concentrated sulphuric acid for up to 30 min showd the highest emergence ratio and seedlings' growth were the best when treated with 10、20、30 min. The treatment of 60 min was the next, then the CK. Potting experiment showed 10 min treatment yield most forage fresh weight, 20、30、60 min treatments and CK showed no significant dífferences. With the informations above, we find that with simple treating to seeds can promote seed emergence ratio and seedling growth of tropical Leguminosae species. By this means we can improve the usage of tropical Legummosae species on pasture. |
