中文摘要 | 本研究係以同功□電泳分析糙莖鐵炮百合之族群遺傳分化情形。依據糙莖鐵炮百合天然之長條型分布,從南到北,沿不同緯度不等距離取樣5個族群。共分析9種酵素13個基因座,得族群間遺傅相似性值範圍高達0.980∼1,000,並具有近親交配傾向(Fis=0.113,Fit=0.146),屬低分化之族群(Fst=0.037),有較多的變異存在於族群內(98.2%),此應與其基因流順暢有關(Nm=6.467),另歸群結果顯示族群間的關係與地理位置無關。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to study the population genetic variation of Lilium longiflorum var. scabrum. Five populations were sampled with different distance intervals along the east coast from south to north at different latitudes. Thirteen loci belonging to nine enzyme systems were analyzed. The results revealed that the genetic identity between populations ranged from 0.980 to 1. The populations showed inbreeding trend (Fis=0.113, Fit=0.146) and low differentiation (Fst=0.037), which was correlated with high gene flow (Nm=6.467). Among the total variation, 98.2% was attributable to individual differences within populations. The result of cluster analysis showed that the cluster relationships were independent of geographical regions. |
