中文摘要 | 自從1980年在丹麥舉行之國際會議中疌出1 Hz~100 Hz為人之耳朵不容易聽得到之低頻噪音後,這二十多年來日本、歐洲等國家做了一些研究,開始注意了低頻噪音對日常生活及生理上等之影響。反觀國內,幾乎沒有人注意此現象。為了喚起國內對低頻噪音之重視,本次首先針對環境中容易產生低頻噪音之場所選擇了八種不同的類型做實施之測量,即:人口聚集處、住宅區、工業區、道路旁、營建工地、冷卻水塔周圍、汽(列)車車廂內抽水馬達及抽風機。於每一測點測量10分鐘之均能音壓位準L,同時分析1 Hz~80 Hz之1/3八度音,並量測針對低頻之G加權音壓位準LG,其結果如下: 1. LG值超過100 dB的有車內噪音及營建工地噪音,其中以汽車車內(關窗時)之LG值最大(108.48 dB),其次為營建工地之LG值(108.41 dB),LG值最小者發生在住宅區(64.18 dB),其餘各類型之LG值在78 dB~87 dB之間。 2. 於道路邊測量時,無論在市區一般道路或高速公路邊皆有兩個高峰段,即低於3.15 Hz及高於31.5 Hz;鐵路邊之峰值發生在1.6 Hz以下及10 Hz以上。 除了人口聚集處,在40 Hz、50 Hz及80 Hz處之音壓位準有偏高之現象外,其餘如住宅區、工業區、冷卻水塔、抽風機及抽水馬達周圍等類型之低頻音,其各中心頻率間之差異並不大。 |
英文摘要 | Since 1980, the International Acoustic Conference held at Denmark proposed the range of low frequency noise to be 1 Hz-100 Hz, then some papers about the low frequency noise had been published by Japan and some European countries in these twenty years. In these papers had been revealed to have an effect on the physiological and daily life’ but, n Taiwan, it is almost no one to discuss about it. In order to remain the compatriot pay much attention to the influence of low frequency noise, eight different types of place, which are people gathering place, residential area, industrial area, roadside (or railway side), location for building construction, place around the cooling tower, inside the car, ventilation fun and water-drainage pump, are selected to measure the G-weighting noise level, LG and 1/3-octave-band spectra with center frequencies from 1 Hz to 80 Hz. From the analytical diagrams, the results will be as follows: 1. The places of which their LG value over 100 dB are “inside the car (108.48 dB)’’ and “location for building construction (108.11 dB)’’, whereas the lowest LG value occurs at “residential area’’; and those of the others are 78 dB~87 dB. 2. From the 1/3-octave-band spectra, two peak values, frequency lower than 3.15 Hz and higher than 31.5 Hz, are fond on the “railway side’’, the peaks are found at the frequency lower than 1.6 Hz and higher than 40 Hz. 3. In the “people gathering place’’, frequency 40 Hz、50 Hz and 80 Hz are found to have higher noise level; the other, such as “residential area’’, “industrial area’’, “place around cooling tower、ventilation fun and water-drainage pump’’, there are no particular different be found among the whole frequency spectra. |
