| 中文摘要 | 光折晶體近年來在光訊號處理和立體全息資料儲存等方面被發現有廣泛的應用, 我們觀察光折鈦酸鋇晶體溫度效應,研究如何使儲存時間延長,另外並希望驗證淺阱模型之 正確性;去年我們發現鈦酸鋇晶體自發光相位共軛訊號在攝氏溫度超過80度時,呈現不規則 及混亂的曲線,而其非簡併四波混合之訊號在上升和衰退之曲線上亦有新奇現象,這兩種現 象可以用鈦酸鋇晶體存在壹種高溫離子型載子來解釋,今年我們用熱電冷卻片在高溫時冷卻 晶體至攝氏27度,觀察到離子型載子光柵訊號,這個載子可以形成與傳統正載子光柵相位相 反之光柵,也就是說我們可以被步固定鈦酸鋇晶體中之光柵,並且可以用在下一步的光學影 像訊號處理系統中。 |
| 英文摘要 | Photorefractive (PR) materials have been found great potentials in the optical information processing and optical data storage. We studied the temperature effect in the PR barium titanate and hope to fix the gratings in the crystals. Last year we observed chaotic and novel phenomena in the self-pumped phase conjugation and non-degenerate four-wave mixing experiments. These phenomena can be explained by assuming the existence of ionic carriers. This year we use thermoelectirc plate to cool the crystal from high temperature to room temperature, and we observe the evidence of the ionic carriers. That is to say, the fixing of grating has been done in the earliest stage. This work can be extended to that of the optical information processing. |
