中文摘要 | 為了有效建立superdux 64雙相不�袗�之超塑性成形基本製程與材質變化 資料,本研究利用氬氣吹製方式評估其超塑性成形性,樣品為1.0mm板材。實驗 獲得此材料超塑性成形加工參數(成形溫度、氬氣壓力、成形時間)與加工量(成形 高度比)之關係,並對超塑性成形與熱處理後之顯微組織與材質變化,加以觀察 及探討。 實驗結果顯示superdux 64雙相不�袗�原材料之晶粒具有明顯的輥軋方向性,此一 輥軋方向性以單純的熱處理很難被消除,然而經過各種溫度之超塑性成形後,材 料晶粒之輥軋方向性會完全消除,顯示超塑性成形之粒間滑移及粒間運動現象使 其晶粒結構發生劇變。比較superdux 64雙相不�袗�原材料與不同溫度熱處理後及 不同溫度超塑性成形後之極化曲線和微硬度值,顯示與熱處理溫度及超塑性成形 溫度均有密切關聯,且發現超塑性成形所造成腐蝕性質劣化,遠大於熱處理對腐 蝕性質之效應。 |
英文摘要 | In order to obtain the information about the manufacturing process and the changes of materiallproperties for super plastic forming of super dux 64 stainless steel. We adopt here a 1.0 mm samplesheet, using the argon blowing method to evaluate super plastic forming. Our experiment concludes a co-relation between super plastic forming parameters (forming temperature, argon pressure, forming time) and forming amount (forming height ratio). The change of microstructure and material properties after super plastic forming and heat treatment are observed and investigated as well. The experimental results show that the rolling texture of super dux 64 stainless steel can still beobserved after simple heat treatment. After super plastic forming under different temperatures, the rolling texture will disappear. Apparently, the grain boundary sliding and the grain boundary movement of super plastic forming have effected an upheaval in microstructure. Compare the polarization curves and microhardness of the original super dux 64 stainless steel metal with those after heat treatment and after super plastic forming. We can see temperature is an important factor. It is also found that the super plastic forming causes far greater degradation against super dux 64 stainless steel than the heat treatment. |
