| 中文摘要 | 一些相關的研究指出,遊戲治療對於情緒上有障礙,人格上曾受損害的兒童 是非常有效的治療取向。本研究旨在了解受虐兒童在接受遊戲治療前後,其自我概念在遊戲室中和在學校中的改變和改善狀況。研究對象為一被虐之國小一年級男生,研究期間為四個月,期間包括16次的遊戲治療。本研究採用皮哈二氏兒童自我概念量表作為了解兒童在接受治療前後自我概念改善狀況之工具,並將自我概念觀察表,定期訪談家扶社工人員和寄養父母,以及研究人員參與觀察兒童在學校的生活之所有記錄加以整理分析,以了解兒童在接受治療的過程中,其自我概念的變化歷程。結果發現,在接受遊戲治療的過程中,案主之正向自我概念出現頻率增加,負向白我概念出現頻率減少,整個遊戲治療過程的演變亦驗證了Guerney ( 1983 )所提的理論。 |
| 英文摘要 | A few studies which provide play therapy to abused children have reported significant improvement of emotional problems. The prupose of the present study was to understand the self-consept changing process of abused children during the four-month play therapy process. One 7 year old abused boy had went through play thearpy for four month (16 sessions). The instruments used in theis study were Piers-Harris children self-concept scale and Children self-concept observational scale. Interview guide approach was adopted to collect data. The open-coding methods was used to analyze types of self concep in the 16 sessions. The basic caveat of the present study supported Guerney's (1983) findings in empirical study, furthermore, this study found out the more the sessiosns, the higher frequency of positive self-concept, and the lower frenquency of negative self-concept. |
