中文摘要 | 本文利用無電鍍法將銅析鍍在氧化鋁上並研究其對環已醇脫氫反應之催化活性。 由一系列的先期實驗尋求化學銅鍍浴之最佳操作條件, 鍍層藉由掃描式電子顯微鏡( SEM ),X -光繞射分析儀及電子微探儀( EPMA )分析其特性。結果顯示銅原子非常均勻地析 鍍在氧化鋁上。並且得知由無電鍍法製備的銅觸媒對環已醇脫氫反應具有很好的活性和非常 高的選擇率。 |
英文摘要 | An electroless deposition technique was applied to coat aluminum oxide with copper, and to study the catalytic activity for the dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol. A series of preliminary experiments were conducted to find the optimal condition of the chemical plating bath. Deposits were examined using SEM, X-ray diffractograms and EPMA. The results showed that the dispersion of copper over the alumina was quite homogeneous. The copper catalysts prepared by this technique showed a good catalytic activity with very high selectivity in the dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol. |
