| 中文摘要 | 本文主要花介紹一組層流預混燃料之火談傳播速度的量測裝置,可以此 裝置正確的量測火談傳播的速度。裝置主要包含一套可產生穩定的、層流的、靜 止的平面火談燃燒實驗設備及雷射杜普勒測速儀。量測沿火談面中心流線速度分 佈及其梯度,以此取得在此火猷延展率下的人談傳播速度,進而以外插方式求得 無火餓延展狀況時之火餓傳播速度。首先於不同預混燃氣狀況下,以此套裝置量 測了一些預混氣體和預混預揮發(premixed-prevaporized)液體燃料的火燄傳播速 度,以驗證實驗裝置所得結果的正確性與其適用的範圍。實驗用氣體燃料有乙炔 和丙烷,液體燃料則包含甲醇、乙醇及高級汽油。所得結果包含了在不同當量比 (E.R.;equivalence ratio)或不同油氣比(F/A.fuel-air ratio),不同火燄延展(flame stretch),及不同預混氣的起始溫度對火燄傳播速度的影響。實驗中使用直徑0.1~1 μ的氧化鎂粉末為LDA量測的干涉粒子,末燃混合氣體的起始溫度為290~420K。 |
| 英文摘要 | The main purpose of this report is to present a set of experimental methodology whichcan be used to determine the laminar flame propagation velocity of premixed combustiblemixtures. The setup includes a burner which generates a steady, laminar and stationary flat flame,and a set of Laser-Doppler-Anemometry (LDA). By measuring the velocity and its gradientalong the center streamline of the flame front, we can obtain the flame propagation velocityunder flame stretch. By further extrapolate those results, we then will have the final resultsof mixtures laminar flame propagation velocity under zero-stretch. We then used this setup to test some gaseous and prevaporized liquid fuel/air mixturesunder different conditions in order to verify the accuracy of the results and the capability ofthe setup. The gaseous fuel in the test were acetylene and propane, and the liquid fuel weremethanoi, ethanol and gasoline. The laminar flame propagation velocity were investigatedunder different equivalence ratios or fuel-air ratios, flame stretch rates and inlet mixturespreheated temperatures. In the study, MgO fine powder with size about O.I ~ 1.0 @m served as LDA seedingparticles, and the inlet temperature of premixed combustible mixture was 290 ~ 420 K. |
