| 中文摘要 | 使用落花生台南11號(大粒種)及台南選9號(小粒種)兩品種為材料,以浸 水3、4、5及6天4種不同之浸水處理為主區,另以一般栽培土壤、消毒土壤及蛭 石土3種栽培介質為副區,試驗採用裂區設計,三重複;種子出土後,調查其發芽 之情形,以了解不同浸水時間及不同栽培介質對落花生種子發芽之影響,結果如 下: 不同浸水天數顯著影響台南11號及台南選9號種子之發芽率、平均發芽日數、發 芽係數、發芽勢及發芽速率;而不同栽培介質則亦顯著影響此二品種之發芽率、 平均發芽日數、發芽係數、發芽勢及發芽速率。此外,除台南選9號之發芽係數 在不同浸水天數與栽培介質間有顯著交感存在外,其餘性狀均無顯著交感存在。 且由不同栽培介質之比較,可發現栽培介質內之微生物為造成落花生種子在浸水 狀態下不發芽主要原因之一。 |
| 英文摘要 | Two cultivars of peanut, Tainan No.11 (large-seed type) and Tainanslection No.9 (small-seed type) were planted for investigating the effects of different flooding time and culture media on seed germination. The split plot design with three replication was used, and flooding timetreatments (3、4、5、6 days) were as the main plot, culture mediumtreatments (soil ' sterilized soil 、 vermiculite) were the sub-plot. Results weresummarized as follows : The characters of germination percentage, mean days to germination, germination coefficient, germination vigor and speed of germination in both peanut cultivars (TN11 and TNS9) were significantly influenced by differentflooding time and culture medium. However, there was no interaction on allthe germination characters of both cultivars except in germination coefficient of TNS 9. Besides, it could be concluded that the microbe in the culture medium was the one of major factors which make the peanut seed can notgerminate in flooding condition. |
