| 中文摘要 | 本研究報告以飛行教官及學生為問卷對象,旨在探討飛行前、後的經常性活動及 飛行中之動作技能,從而確定動作技能在學生習飛過程中之重要性,進而製訂合乎行為學派 學習理論的教學理念、教學程序及教案。調查期間以三角評量法問卷測試十五位教官、二十 二位學生及教學觀摩五次;俾利測出教官及學生對動作技能的反應意見,並以所測出的事實 來支持研究報告的發現和建議事項的相關性。從教學觀摩時發現,鑑定組教官的教學理念、 教學運作程序及教案製作都有待精進,以強化學生學習效益。為了使教官的教學工作,邁向 既精又專的階段,我們便探討行為學派的教學研究。從教學研究中,我們瞭解行為學派的基 本理念、法則和其啟示,並從中釐出一套完整的飛訓教學理念、程序及教案製作方式,以利 精進現有的鑑定飛行教學。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are (1) to describe the activities of pre-flying and post-flying; (2) to analyze the cadets' behavior in-air training; (3) to certify the importance of flight behavior in pilots' training; (4) therefore, to outline a new teaching concept、 teaching procedure and lesson planning method in terms of behaviorism. Twenty two cadets and fifteen instructors from the Branch of Preselection were invited to take part in this study. Furthermore, in order to gain support for our report and its application, we made out questionnaires for instructors and cadets, and observed classroom teaching five times (two or them were done in the air). Each questionnaire was analyzed and documented, so that we may have enough in information to validate our findings and its relevancy between report and application. During the time of classroom observations, we found the fact that instructors of our academy were deficient in the areas of teaching and planning (such as, not knowing how to teach more effectively and plan an outstanding lesson). For the aim of upgrading instructors, teaching efficiency, we study the researches of Pavlov、Skinner、 Thorndike on behavior, so that we may reorganize our own teaching concept、teaching procedure and lesson planning method. |
