中文摘要 | 本研究在於瞭解碳化矽纖維強化之鋁基複合材中反應界面層在顯微破 壞中的行為,並與該複合材的應力/應變反應相互對照,由此求出界面反應層的 機械特性。另外利用傾斜試樣及固定荷重的壓擠方法,量測纖維的脫離強度,進 而求得界面層的抗拉強度及彈性模數。本文也對纖維與界面反應層的結合性加以 討論。 |
英文摘要 | The mechanical behaviors at/near the interfacial reaction layer in SiCf(SCS-2)/6063 aluminum composite was focused in this study. Data of mechanical properties of interfacial reaction zone(~1.2μm) are evaluated experimentally from SEM micro fracture study. Indentation technique applyingon a slant block specimen at constant loading of 2.0Kg was used to determine the debonding strength ,by which the tensile strength is further deduced. Young's modulus is evaluated primarily from themicrohardness measurement and a E/Hv plot based on a host of ceramic materials. The debonding phenomenon associated with the properties of interfacial reaction layer and fiber was discussed. |
