中文摘要 | 本文目的在探討金屬熔煉與鑄造工廠作業環境之勞工熱暴露情形,進行測定與評估該類高溫作業熱環境17個場次。調查時,依勞工工作動線選擇4~5點及控制室、室外陰涼處,測定各點之熱暴露參數,並計算三種環境熱暴露指標,以評估該熱作業環境。分析結果顯示金屬鑄造場所之時量平均綜合溫度熱指數(WBGT)twa平均為29.88°C,熱應力指數(HSI)平均為149%,而SRreq平均為302.9W/m2;金屬熔煉場所之 (WBGT)twa平均為32.20°C,HSI亦大於100% ,而SRreq平均約為282.9W/m²。結果均超過我國高溫作息時間標準代謝熱200Kw/h時對應之連續型工作限值 (28.0°C) 及危害限值(HSI=100%),顯示長時間暴露此高溫環境,將有熱危害發生。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this paper was to investigate labour heat exposure of thermal environments in metal smelters and casting factories. Five important heat exposure parameters, including dry bulb, globe thermometer, psychrometric wet bulb, natural wet bulb temperature, and velocity were measured at 5-7 test places located in those highertemperatuare working places. These test places included labour working lines, control rooms, and the shadow place out of the factories. Three heat exposure indexes, (WBGT, HSI, SRreq) of working environment were surveyed and evaluated for 17 factories. The results of the investigations are shown as following: (a) In metal heating and casting working places, the average of the time-weighted average of (WBGT)twa was 29.88°C, the heat stress index (HSI) was 149%, and the required sweat rate (SRreq) was 302.9w/m². (b) In metal smelter places, the average of (WBGT)twa was 32.20°C, HSI was over 100%, and SRreq was 282.9 w/m2. The resualts also indicated that all of the indexes exceeds the heat hazard limit value proposed by our country. Therefore, obviously we can predict that the heat hazard will occur after long time exposure in these environments. |
