中文摘要 | 本文探討添加矽及錫於AISI304L系列不鏡鋼燒結試片對其腐蝕性質的影響。實驗結果顯示,1200°C氫氣氛中燒結添加矽的304L不銹鋼於1M之硫酸中,以含有2~3wt%矽之試片具有最佳耐蝕性,於氯化鐵溶液中則以4wt%之矽具最佳耐蝕性。1300°C氫氣氛中燒結之添加矽的304L不鏡鋼,於1M硫酸溶液中由於矽偏析於晶界而導致腐蝕速率隨含矽量增高而增高。增加燒結溫度(由1200°C升至1300°C)有增加矽於晶界處之缺陷而造成其抗蝕力降低。於1250°C ,氫氣氛中燒結之合錫的304L不銹鋼發現添加錫具有增加304L不銹鋼於1M硫酸溶液中之抗蝕性,尤以含有1.6wt%錫之試片具最佳之耐蝕性,於氯化鐵溶液中重量損失結果顯示304L不銹鋼抗蝕性隨含錫量之增加而增加,顯示添加錫對於304L不銹鋼於強氧化性及氯離子環境中具有較佳之抗蝕力。 |
英文摘要 | Effects of silicon and tin addition on the corrosion resistance of sintered AISI 304L stainless steel were investigated. Experimental result shows that the 304L stainless steels sintered at 12000 C and added with 2-3 wt. % silicon reveal the best corrosion resistance in the 1 mole H2SO4 solution. In the FeC13 solution the specimens added with 4wt. % Si has the optimum performance. For the batch of samples sintered at 1300°C the corrosion rate increases with increasing silicon content in the 1 M H2SO4 solution. Tinaddition can improve the corrosion resistance of sintered 304L stainless steels. In the 1M H2SO4 solution the optimum addition of tin is 1.6wt %, while in the FeCl3 solution the corrosion resistance increases with increasing tin added amount. Due to the addition of tin powder the sintered 304L stainless steels present better corrosion resistance in the strongly oxidized and chloride iron rich environments. |
