中文摘要 | 由於經濟發展,帶動運輸業繁榮,重車增加,公路也跟著拓寬,使車速提高。這種重車增加及車速提高的因素,造成人、手孔鐵蓋跳出蓋區,危及人車安全。為澈底解決此項跳動問題 , 本所乃針對人、手孔鐵蓋進行研究。在研究過程中,發現人、手孔蓋板厚度不夠,重車壓過後會變形,造成跳動。乃以有限元素法分析原有蓋板厚度 , 確定需增加蓋板厚度。另以套裝軟體模擬蓋板之跳動 , 知道現有之蓋板與蓋座間之組合無法防止蓋板跳脫 , 故在蓋板 與蓋座間加防跳裝置以防止蓋板跳出蓋座。 |
英文摘要 | In order to accomodate the increasing traffic demand, the Road Authority f has widened the road and raise the speed limit. Faster and overloaded heavy vehicles on the road cause serious traffic problems. One of them is the jumping out of the manholelhandhole covers. Often occurences not only t cause property loss, but also endanger person's life. TL was requested and ' carry out a study to solve the prolem. It was found that thickness of the covers is the key solution. The covers deformed under the impact of heavy vehicles passed by on them. Once the deformation is beyond a certain limit, the potential accumulated within enable the cover to jump out of the frame. The thicker the covers, the larger capacity of the cover to sustain the deformation. The finite element method was then employed to verify the conclusion. The mechanism of jumping out has been simulated by a software package. Analysis results indicate that joint of the cover and frame is not capable to } prevent the jumping. Therefore, a hooking device is then developed to achieve the target and proved to function well. |
