中文摘要 | 自動化機器生產時,可提高產能,但相對地,一旦有誤時,浪費也多,由於CNC四面飽一次切削完成後即成精尺寸,並準備做進一步之加工。故材料乾燥後產生之翹曲,影響切削量之設定,而切削量與耗材率及購料成本有密切關係。本文即在探討不同長度材料乾燥後之翹曲情形及其與切削量設定之關係,結果如下述:1.材料乾燥後形成之翹曲型態主要為弓形及菱形翹曲,其中材長500mm者為菱形翹曲,而材長800及1100mm者為弓形翹曲,三者翹曲量介於1~2mm之間。2.材料乾燥後尺寸收縮量大都介於1~2mm之間(收縮率約2~5%),而翹曲量亦介於1~2mm,故購料時須有2~4mm之延寸,方足以切削得所需之精尺寸。3.相同切削量情況下,長度長者,鉋光面百分比較低;但當切削量設定增加0.5mm時,即可大為提高鉋光面百分比。 |
英文摘要 | The yield can be raised tremendously by use of automatic machine. However, many defects will be routinely reproduced if the machine is not adjusted properly, because the final dimension needs only one cutting process when numerically controlled (CNC) moulder is used. The degree of warp after drying affects the machine setting of cutting depth. The cutting depth was related to loss of materials and cost of bought materials. This study explored the warp conditions of samples with different length after drying and the relationship of the machine setting of cutting depth. These results are as follows: 1.The major type of warp are bowing and diamonding after drying. The gap of warp for 500, 800 and 1100mmare 1 to 2mm. 2.The dimensional shrinkages after drying is 1 to 2mm and the gap of warping is 1 to 2mm as well. In order to get the final dimension after cutting, therefore materials must have allowance of 2 to 4mm extra-size. 3.Based on the same machine setting of cutting depth, the longer has the lower percent of surfaced smoothly. When the machine setting of cutting depth increases 0.5mm, it can largely increase the percent of surfaced smoothly. |
