中文摘要 | 為期縮短和平溪碧海水力發電計畫頭水隧道之工期,並降低工程成本, 以目前可行性規劃階段所獲致之隧道沿線初步地質資料,探討採用隧道鉆挖機 (TBM)施工之可行性。本報告係依目前現有之地質資料及工地環境,就TBM之施 工路線、施工方法、施工佈置、施工設備、所需工期及費用等方面加以比較與探 討。 經採用TBM工法與傳統之鉆炸工法比較結果,在工期方面,採用TBM工法時,雖 可比傳統工法縮短8個月,惟在工程費用方面則約需增加新台幣117,338千元。最 後,建議於基本設計階段進行岩石力學試驗(包括史密特錘試驗及塔伯磨損試 驗),俾作為將來詳細評估TBM施工可行性之參考。 |
英文摘要 | In order to shorten the construction schedule of the headrace tunneland to cut down the cost of the Pi-Hai Hydro Power Project, afeasibility study by the use of TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) has beencarried out. This study has considered the geological conditions and theconstruction circumstances including tunnel layout, construction fa-cilities, construction schedule and construction cost, etc. After the comprehensive comparison, the tunnel construction timewill be reduced from 54 months by using D&B method to 46 months byusing TBM method. However, the cost will be increased an amount of NT$117 million. In order to make more detialed evaluation, it is suggested that therock mechanics test including the Schmidt and the Taber abrasionhardness test should be carried out in basic design stage. |
