中文摘要 | 本文針對火力電廠鍋爐過熱器管材不�袗�進行遮蔽金屬電弧銲之銲接 性研究。實驗中進行304H之敏化特性試驗,並由銲件之機械性質及微組織觀察, 以作為評估銲接結果之依據。實驗結果顯示高敏化之304H(經640℃/30h熱處理) 具有良好之銲接性,但在多重遮蔽金屬電弧銲銲接過程(板厚5mm,開75°V型 槽),若底道銲渣未完全清除即進行第二道施銲,由於液態熔渣降低γ-γ相界液 態接觸角,加上凝固收縮應力作用易引起銲道之凝固熱裂。304H不�袗�隨敏化處 理溫度之升高,產生高敏化之時間提早,且敏化程度亦隨敏化處理溫度降低而升 高。 |
英文摘要 | Weldability of 304H stainless steel was studied by applying the sheildmetal arc welding on the superheater boiler tubes of power plant.Sensitization of 304H stainless steel was also considered in this study. Inorder to evaluate the welding process, various mechanical tests andmicrostructural examinations of the weidments had been conducted. Experimental result showed that 304H stainless steel yield satisifingweedabilities when highly sensitized, however if slags was left uncleanedbetween root and second pass during multi-pass welding solidificationcracks will easily formed. These cracks is produced by(1) the lowering of γ-γ angle due to melten slags, and(2) the thermal-induced contraction stress during solidification. Sensitization testing results showed that increasing the temperatureof sensitization treatment will shorten the aging time and lower thesensitization for the 304H stainless steel. |
