中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於1.探討幼稚園健康教育實施現況2.探討公私立幼稚園都市化程 度,園長、教師、家長之迫康教育態度,幼兒健康習慣,幼?生長體格與幼稚園健康教育實 施之的關係。 本研究以臺北縣公私立幼稚園園長、教師、幼兒家長為對象。公立幼稚園園長、教師及 幼嫵家長採取普查,私立之幼兒家長則以幼兒班級為單位叢集抽樣。實際施測幼稚園數206 所,幼兒人數2170人。有效問卷園長163皆,教師905皆,家長1278份。 研究結果: (一)健康教育的實施,健康教學方面平均每學期每位教師貫施頻率為34次,平均實施時 間為11小時。健康服務十二項實施項目中,平均服務項目數為9項,其中實施比率較低者為 傳染病兒管理、設置健康中心、設置專任護士。健康環境平均得分27.95(總分54分),得分 較差的是清洗廚房、教室溫度、廚房設備衛生、噪音。 (二)健康教學對實施、健康環境是幼兒健康習慣重要的相關因素。園長的健康教育態?、 健康環境、健康教學實施是幼?體格正常與否的重要相關因素。 本研究建議改善幼兒健康教育、增加健康教學頻率時間、健康服務項目、提升健康環境 之質與量。期能有益於幼兒健康習慣之建立,並促進幼兒體格生長。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study are: 1)to understand health education practice in kindergarten 2)to explore the relationship between health education attitude, children's growth status, and health education practice. Research subjects are kindergartens, kindergarten guardians, teachers, children and children's parents in Taipei county. All the guardians, teachers, and kindergartens in Taipei county as well as all the children and parents in public kindergartens were investigated. Children and parents in private kindergartens were selected with Cluster Sampling Method. The valid questionnaires consisted of 206 kindergarten, 2170 children, 163 guardians, 905 teachers, and 1278 parents. The results are: 1. The average health instruction frequency and time for each teacher are 34 times and 11 hours per semester respectively. In 12 health service items, the average practice item are 9. Among them, the items of lower practice rate are infectious disease control, health center establishment, and employing kindergarten nurse. The average health environment score are 27.95 (total score is 54). The lower score items are daily kitchen cleaning, classroom humidity, kitchen facility sanitation, classroom noise. 2. Health instruction as well as health environment are important to children's habits and guardians' health attitude. Health instruction along with health environment greatly affect children's growth. We suggest that, to improve kindergarten health education, such as raising health instruction frequency and time, health service items, and health environment quality and quantities, is good to children's health habit establish ment and physical growth. |
