中文摘要 | 近來,教學研究的焦點放在教學實矛上,特別是教師的教學技能,例如語言表達的 部分(含教學、溝通及教室管理)。教師要「如何教」?才能使學生「學得會」、「學得好」(包 學業及行為)。本文即以臺北市縣國小教師為例,探討其「教師語言表達與教育成效的關係」。 結果發現:(1)有五分之三強的老師滿意自己的語言達能力,另五分之二弱則覺不夠滿意。(2) 有四分之三弱的師認為,教師的語言表達能力對教育的成效頗有影響,另四分之一強則認為 影響不大。(3)有五分之四強的老師覺得需要學習及增強自己的語言表達能力,僅五分之一弱 認為不太需要。(4)任教滿十年以上的資深教師,在語言表達能力的滿意度、影響教育成效的 程度、需要學習的程度等方面,比例高於資淺教師。其中緣故,猶待探討。研究建議是:(1) 擴大教師語言表達與教育成效間關係的研究;(2)落實教師語言表達課程於師範教育中;(3) 滿足教師進修教學技術的意願,並設計合適的課程。 |
英文摘要 | Teacher's language competence includes that of spoken language and body language. Teachers use language for teaching, personal communication and classroom management. Recent teaching studies focuses on the teaching techniques, especially, teacher's language competence. But, there are some common concerns and confusions shared by teachers. They are stated as follows: (1) How to teach successfully? (2) How to make students learn smoothly ? (3) How to improve deviating behaviors of students rapidly? This study explored the opinions of elementary school teachers in Taipei sistrict. The main findings of the study are as follow: 1.Most elementary school teachers are satisfied with their language competence. 2.Most elementary school teachers agree that teacher's language competence influences educational efficency to a great extent. 3.Most elementary school teachers want to learn how to promote their language competence. 4.More experienced teachers (beyond ten years) are more satisfied with their language competence and more willing to learn language competence. The resuft of the study suggests further studies. |
